We will only be open in February from Thursday 16th - Sunday 19th 10.00am - 5.30pm (or dusk if earlier) and will then close again until we open fully for the season on Saturday 31st March through to Sunday 4th November 2012.

Guided Tours of the Formal Gardens:

For a truly memorable visit, book a guided tour of the 17th century heritage gardens. Our knowledgeable guides provide a fascinating insight into the history and garden design of this unique site.

Tours for 5-40 people take approximately one hour at a cost of £30, payable in cash to the guide. These tours must be prebooked and are subject to availability.

The Canal Boat Ride:

The canal boat takes you on a peaceful cruise to and from the Enchanted Forest, with idyllic views. The normal cost of £1 per person is reduced by 25% for pre-booked groups.

Spa Valley Railway

Combine your visit to Groombridge Place with a trip along the Spa Valley Railway. Groombridge Station is a pleasant and clearly signposted 10 minute walk from Groombridge Place. Take advantage of our special joint tickets offering worthwhile savings.
